REC Emergency First Aid at Work

Our 1 day (6 hour) Basic first aid course has been specifically designed for you to be able to deal with an emergency in every day life, whether your at work in the office, shop nursery or library, you will feel confident to be able to step in and deal with a first aid incident in a safe and effective way.

COURSE DETAILS

  • Taking and monitoring vital signs
  • What to do in an emergency
  • Airway problems
  • Breathing problems
  • Circulatory problems
  • Dealing with an unconscious casualty
  • Serious bleeding and shock
  • Basic Life Support (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation – CPR)



THE QUALIFICATION

Basic First aid is certified for 3 years.
