'Thank you Louise. I really enjoyed the course, and having attended a plethora of various courses over my working life, I can categorically state that your Course Delivery was nothing short of exceptional.
Your clear explanations and promotion of various scenarios made the two days a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Once more, diolch yn fawr.....and see you on the mountains of our wonderful homeland ( hopefully on a social basis rather than during an MRT call-out !!).' Sept 2020
'Thank you so much for a great couple of days. I wanted to tell you that you’re teaching style is so engaging and encouraging, and clearly showed your commitment to delivering the course in this way, was so evident that you cared about what you were doing and that you wanted us to be competent REC first aiders.
Despite the restrictions that we still have, it was a great course. I chose you specifically because of your CV and experience and the way you related the syllabus to your experiences really helped bring an extra element to the course.
I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who asks and indeed I already have on social media and will continue to do so.
Thank you so much Lou, it was a pleasure meeting you and may I wish you every success and safe times for the future.'
Kindest regards
Neill.
